8k8proapk FAQ – Answers to Your Gaming Questions

No. Each person is permitted to hold only one active 8k8proapk account. Duplicate accounts violate our Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing account, please contact support at [email protected] rather than creating a new one.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process required before you can make your first withdrawal. It involves uploading a valid Philippine government-issued ID — such as your passport, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or SSS card — along with a selfie. Completing KYC protects your account and ensures that payouts go to the correct verified person. Most verifications are reviewed and completed promptly.

Contact the 8k8proapk support team before attempting to log in. The team will verify your identity using your KYC documents and then assist you in updating the number on your account. Because the mobile number is tied to OTP verification, this change requires identity confirmation to prevent unauthorised modifications.

Use the password reset option on the Login page. A reset link will be sent to the email address registered to your account. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support at [email protected] with your registered details for further assistance.

All deposits and transactions on 8k8proapk are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). There are no currency conversions involved. The amount you deposit in PHP is the amount credited to your gaming balance in PHP, with no hidden foreign exchange fees applied on our side.

8k8proapk accepts Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, as well as supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming. The name on your bank account or e-wallet must match your registered 8k8proapk account name exactly.

Deposits via InstaPay typically reflect in your account balance very quickly after successful processing. PESONet transfers may take longer depending on your sending bank's cut-off times. If your deposit has not appeared within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number and they will look into it promptly.

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal page for full details on the process, supported methods, processing times, and minimum amounts. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Your withdrawal will be sent to your verified Philippine bank account or local e-wallet — the name must match your account registration.

Common reasons for a delayed withdrawal include pending KYC verification, a name mismatch between your account and your bank or e-wallet, or high volume periods. Higher VIP tier members benefit from priority payout handling. If your withdrawal is outside the usual timeframe without a status update, contact support with your request reference number for assistance.

No. Withdrawals can only be processed to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your 8k8proapk account. This is a strict security and compliance requirement. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. This protects all members from fraud and account misuse.

Yes. PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) league games are among the sports available in the Bet section, along with NBA, boxing, volleyball, Esports, and international football. Live in-play betting is available on selected events, letting you wager on a match while it is ongoing based on real-time odds. All bets are settled in Philippine Peso.

eBingo is an electronic version of traditional bingo, available in multiple rooms through the Bingo section. Players purchase virtual bingo cards using their PHP account balance, and numbers are drawn electronically. Winning combinations and payout amounts depend on the specific room and game format. eBingo is a popular category among Filipino players and is accessible on both desktop and mobile browsers.

Every 8k8proapk login requires a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. This means that even if someone else obtains your password, they cannot access your account without also having physical access to your phone. The OTP expires quickly and is unique to each login attempt. This two-step process is mandatory for all members and cannot be disabled.

Never. 8k8proapk staff will never ask for your password, OTP code, or full banking credentials through any channel — including live chat, email, or phone. If you receive any communication requesting this information and claiming to be from 8k8proapk, do not respond. Report it immediately to [email protected] so our team can investigate.

Account locks are triggered automatically after a number of failed login attempts to protect your balance. Contact the 8k8proapk support team directly at [email protected] or via live chat with your registered email and account details. The support team will verify your identity and unlock your account once confirmed.

8k8proapk offers deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, and reality check notifications — all accessible from your account settings after login. Self-exclusion (cooling-off periods) and permanent account closure are also available on request through the support team. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for full details on each tool.

Contact the support team via live chat or email at [email protected] to request a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be restricted from login, deposits, and betting for the agreed period. Your PHP balance is retained securely and returned to you when the period ends or processed for withdrawal if you choose permanent closure.

The minimum age to register and play at 8k8proapk is 21 years old. This applies to all members regardless of location within the Philippines. Age verification is part of the KYC process — your date of birth is checked against the government-issued ID you submit. Anyone found to be under 21 will have their account closed and any balance returned.
