8k8proapk Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 8k8proapk ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Access to and use of the 8k8proapk website, mobile application, and all related services is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register," completing account setup, making a deposit in Philippine Peso, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully and agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific game types or promotions.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The 8k8proapk platform is strictly for adults. The following eligibility conditions apply to all users:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Registrations by or on behalf of individuals under 21 are not permitted and will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when using the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming.
• You may only hold one active account on 8k8proapk. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without warning.

8k8proapk reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules.

3 Account Registration and KYC

To use the full features of 8k8proapk, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals in PHP, you must register a verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer). You may be required to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued ID (passport, SSS card, PhilSys ID, driver's licence, or equivalent)
• A proof of residential address in the Philippines (utility bill or bank statement, typically issued within 90 days)
• A selfie alongside your government ID for biometric confirmation
• Verification of your nominated bank account or e-wallet

Completing KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held until verification is successful. 8k8proapk may also request additional documentation at any time to comply with internal security procedures.

4 Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8k8proapk — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted or disbursed.

Supported payment channels include local Philippine bank transfer, online banking via InstaPay and PESONet, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on the platform.

• Deposit funds are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and processing times that vary by method and your account's VIP tier. See the Withdrawal section for full details.
• The name on your bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the name registered on your 8k8proapk account. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply per payment method and are displayed within the platform at the time of the transaction.
• 8k8proapk does not charge processing fees on withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.

5 Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on 8k8proapk — including online slots, live casino, eBingo, and sports betting — operate under their respective game rules. By placing a bet or purchasing a game entry, you accept the rules of that game as displayed within the platform.

• Game outcomes for slots and casino titles are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Results are independent and cannot be predicted.
• Sports betting outcomes are settled based on official event results from recognised sporting bodies. 8k8proapk reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error, data feed failure, or other exceptional circumstances.
• eBingo results are drawn by the platform's certified draw system. Prize distributions are based on the room's prize pool structure, which is displayed before card purchase.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended by the member. 8k8proapk may cancel a bet in exceptional circumstances and will refund the stake in PHP.
• Where a technical error affects game operation or outcome display, 8k8proapk will review the affected round and apply a fair resolution. The platform's decision in such matters is final.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 8k8proapk offers bonuses, cashback, free bets, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer on the Promotions page.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings generated from them can be withdrawn. The specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP and can only be used on the eligible games or bet types specified in the promotion.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at a time, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including registering multiple accounts or using coordinated bet patterns to extract guaranteed value — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• 8k8proapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. We will not edit or add conditions to a promotion after a member has already opted in.

7 Responsible Gaming

8k8proapk is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Online gaming is entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income, and no outcome is ever guaranteed.

• The platform is for adults aged 21 and above only. This limit is enforced strictly and without exception.
• Members are encouraged to set personal deposit, loss, and session time limits using the tools available within their account settings.
• If you feel that your gaming habits are causing financial or personal difficulty, you should use the self-exclusion tool or contact support to have your account suspended.
• 8k8proapk does not extend credit to members. You may only play with funds that have been deposited into your account.

8 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 8k8proapk will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

• OTP two-step verification is available and strongly recommended for all account logins and withdrawal requests.
• Do not share your account login with any third party. Shared access is prohibited and any activity on a shared account is the registered member's responsibility.
• All sessions are protected by SSL encryption. Avoid using public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN when accessing your account.
• 8k8proapk reserves the right to lock an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending a security review.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 8k8proapk and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in games to accumulate balance — any such gains are void
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward platform staff or other members

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8k8proapk is not liable for losses arising from: service interruptions, data transmission errors, third-party payment provider delays, or any decision made by a member in connection with their use of the platform. Members use the platform at their own risk.

11 Amendments to These Terms

8k8proapk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after an update has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect member rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via on-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
